Rollin'...

There's a new version of my song Life Is Short that can be previewed as well as downloaded on the Music page! I've been inspired to be truly independent, and continue bringing the new music right to you through this website. The mixdown of another new song, Down, was just completed and will be up here shortly as well. Check out the Blog for the details about more of the latest happenings.

A glimpse of the future
Sep 24, 2009
There has been so much music flowing through me since Radio Flower was released last year, and I just can't wait till the next CD is avaiable to get the songs out to y'all. Our lil' ol' website here is fully equipped with technology that allows me the opportunity to upload acoustic demos of the new songs for you to download without having to use a third party. The Off the Grid Sessions, located on our Music page, will be continuously updated with new songs as they become available. We're using Paypal to enable you to purchase the new songs, so you have no worries about a secure transaction taking place. Not only will you be getting the latest music, but you'll be helping to make that next CD possible in the process! So, no walls exist between us! I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this exciting new venture.

My gift to you, your gift to them
Apr 7, 2009
I hope this finds you happy and healthy today. Thank you for the support you’ve shown me over the years. The best thing I have to give, and the only thing I feel I have worth giving is the music I make. The fact that you’ve taken the time out of your life to listen, come to a show, and purchase a CD, ticket, or even a t-shirt shows that you care a lot. That’s not lost on me, and since you’ve felt the connection with my music I would like to offer you the chance to share that with the people you connect with in the rest of your life.

I am making my music available to you for free so that you can give it to your friends, family, lovers, co-workers, or even the complete stranger next to you at a concert. I don’t have a record deal. I don’t have the budget to hire publicists to push my songs out onto the mainstream radio or into the hands of the widely read music critics. No billboards, urinal cakes, or ads on buses and trains. What I’ve got is you, and that’s priceless because you’ve got a soul. You don’t need a catch phrase or air brushed hot, sexy, now graphic layout to sell you on something that you can feel. So, once you decide who you’d like to share my songs with simply send a request to <fanmail at luke sayers .com> with your name, address, email address, and tell me how many sampler CD’s you’d like. I’ll take care of the rest. This is your chance to be a part of making something beautiful happen through the joy of music. We’ll get the word out together, and just watch what can happen! Thanks again for your loving support.

Peace,

Luke
